Congratulations Eagle Scout, Daniel!

Daniel, son of Bernadette from our Headquarters, recently earned his Eagle Scout rank in Scouts BSA. Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Scouts BSA program and we are very proud of Daniel for his achievement! To reach the rank of Eagle Scout, a member is required to earn at least 21 merit badges, conduct an extensive service project and must demonstrate ‘scout spirit’.

For his service project, Daniel chose to assist the Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge located in Medford, NJ. His tasks included planning the installation of new information boards at the wildlife refuge as well as leading volunteers in the construction and installation of the boards. Daniel’s project helped to improve the visitor experience at the refuge by providing an opportunity to educate visitors with information about the plants and animals that can be found there. The new information boards will be beneficial for all visitors for years to come.

“I am so proud of Daniel for earning his Eagle Scout rank,” said Bernadette. “He has worked hard to achieve this goal, and I am excited to see what he accomplishes in the future.”

Daniel’s Eagle Scout Project is a testament to his commitment to community service and conservation. His project will have a lasting impact on the Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge and our community.
