We’re thrilled to announce that Cole Hertzler, son of our Allentown Office Manager, Ashley Hertzler, has signed with the Houston Astros!
While our hearts bleed Phillies red, we can’t help but cheer for one of our own. Cole, a standout right-handed pitcher from Liberty University, where he was their Friday night starter this past season, is trading in his college jersey for a professional career in Houston, Texas. Following his recent signing in Houston, Cole and his beautiful wife, Rachel, headed to West Palm Beach, Florida to officially start his professional baseball career.
As Ashley proudly puts it, “We couldn’t be more proud of Cole’s accomplishments. His hard work, love of and dedication to the game since he was six years old has truly paid off.” Our entire Hale Trailer family is so excited for you, Cole! We’ll be rooting for you every step of the way, even when you’re on the mound against the Phillies. Good luck in Houston!
